Loved the hot weighted bean bag that was rested on my back at the beginning too.
Calming Touch may already have this (I didn’t ask because I didn’t need it) but a heated blanket layer is a nice touch I’ve had at other massage locations.

Allie was great massage therapist! She explained everything really well to me! She
